Mental health support program
Under this program, we support Intersex persons interested in serving as Peer Lay Counsellors to undergo training and be certified as Lay Counsellors in Ghana.
They after completion of the training and certification, provide psychological support services for our community members with the support and guidance of our network of attached psychologists to each Lay Counsellor.
Socio-economic empowerment
Under this program, we are providing business support services and mentorship for Intersex led businesses, as well as ally businesses.
We handle fair trade systems for Intersex persons and also provide support services to ensure inclusivity in the labor markets. Thereby providing the link between our community, organized labour, and employers.
Advocacy Programs
Under this program, we organize outreach education programs to break myths, dogmas. Course un-learning of falsehoods and relearning of facts and truths.
We also hold strategic advocacy and lobbying meetings towards ending Intersex Genital Mutilation, Infanticide of intersex fetuses and babies, forced and cohesive surgeries on intersex persons and legal gender recognition
Empowerment Programs
Under this program, we provide systematic and strategic empowerment training and mentorship programs for Intersex and gender diverse persons
Research, Data Collection, and Dissemination
Under this program, we are collecting data on persons born in Ghana with any of the 40+ intersex variations.
We are also collecting data on the number of employed and unemployed persons who are intersex in Ghana, towards determination of the economic standing of intersex persons in Ghana
Strategic Visibility and Awareness Creation
Under this program, we are carrying out visibility and awareness creation about intersex using social media, print media, radio, Tv interviews and programs, and outreach documentary screening programs
Safety and Security
Under this program, we provide Empowerment Through Self Defence programs for Intersex and gender diverse persons. We also provide emergency safety and security program for our community members at risk and in need of timely evacuation and support services

Regional Linking And Learning Workshop
Regional linkage with other intersex persons, organizations and movements in Africa, during the African Intersex Movement forum in Nairobi Kenya
Financial compliance and prudence is a prerequisite for growth, our finance team receives continuous training on Grant framework and accounting training
Continuous learning is at our core structure, our finance department took part in the CoA Quickbooks accounting software training for all finance officers in the CoA network
Intersex Ghana took part in the 3 days Inception meeting of Multi stakeholders engagement of the Ghana Community, Rights and Gender Assessment of the Tuberculosis interventions in Ghana
Key watch Ghana and the Intersex Ghana Movement were part of team Ghana to the UN UPR info Advocacy week program in Geneva Switzerland to present Shadow / Parallel reports on Ghana’s Human Rights credentials for the upcoming Universal Periodic review of Ghana
