EMPOWERING TRADITIONAL QUEEN MOTHERS: UNDERSTANDING INTERSEX VARIATIONS AND ADVOCATING AGAINST GENITAL MUTILATION

As part of our continuous advocacy on ending intersex genital mutilation and support for intersex persons, the Key Watch Ghana and Intersex Ghana team organized a sensitization workshop for traditional queen mothers from the Upper East, Upper West, and Savannah regions at Wa to educate them on intersex variations and the challenges faced by intersex persons and their parents.
